Why Learn hoop dance?
Hoop dance is a fun and very beneficial activity that anyone can do! Hooping burns 400 calories an hour and works multiple muscles all while helping improve your balance and coordination! Hooping is also a fun way to challenge your brain as well as body, it gives you something to think about and concentrate on and when you accomplish something new, the feeling is amazing and you have a new way to expand your knowledge on hooping into developing your own flow.

1-hour session with more than one person: $15 per person
